Housing services help families secure safe and stable living environments, including:

  • Housing assistance and stabilization programs

  • Energy assistance programs (LIHEAP)

  • Weatherization services

Early Childhood Education Centers

Head Start Centers

CAANEAL operates Head Start centers throughout its service area, providing:

  • Comprehensive early childhood education

  • Health, nutrition, and developmental screenings

  • Family engagement and support services

  • School readiness programs for children ages 3–5


Early Head Start Centers

Early Head Start serves pregnant women, infants, and toddlers (birth to age 3) with services that include:

  • Early learning and child development

  • Prenatal and maternal support

  • Home visiting services

  • Family goal setting and parent education
