The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the administration of the Mobile Community Action, Inc. operations.

MCA is a stable 501(c)3 non-profit organization which has been in existence since 1966 with coverage in Mobile and Washington Counties, Alabama. Currently, it has a staff in excess of 300 individuals, serve 900 Head Start and Early Head Start students, and more than 45,000 CSBG customers.

Mobile Community Acton, Inc. (MCA) is seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and committed
individual to lead as Executive Director under the direction and control of the Agency’s Board of Directors.
